Section 2. The definitions of Public Officer are brought into line with present practice. Similar to Ceylon Ordinance.

Section 5. It is considered that Government should have charge of the money for which it is practically responsible.

Section 9.(2) last para. This does away with the grievance of being mulcted in sterling and being credited only with the amount in dollars at 4/-.

Section 21. The proviso in sec.26 (1) of Ordinance 30 of 1890 is omitted.

Section 23, portion in Italics. The payment of pension in such places as China is most frequently impracticable.

Section 24. The division of only a portion is considered somewhat unfair.

Section 29. This case formerly unprovided for.
